Plaza Equatorial is a 50-storey mixed-development project located in Kuala Lumpur’s golden triangle, on Jalan Sultan Ismail. Previously an 18 storey hotel, the newly built mixed development designed by GDP architects consists of both office and hotel spaces.

Design and construction of bored piles, diaphragm walls, pile caps and basement slabs while implementing the top down method.
